Darf, kann oder sollte die extrem rechte Partei im politischen Spektrum unseres Landes verboten werden? Da scheiden sich die Geister. Ein neues juristisches Fachgutachten der Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Freiheitsrechte (GFF) pl\u00e4diert daf\u00fcr. Am Mittwoch, 22. Juli 2026, 19.30 Uhr, referiert die Juristin und Mitverfasserin Charlotte Eichler im H\u00f6rsaal 1010, im Kollegiengeb\u00e4ude I der Universit\u00e4t Freiburg, zum Gutachten.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Auf dem Podium vertreten sein werden auch Angela Furmaniak, Vorsitzende des Republikanischen Anw\u00e4ltinnen und Anw\u00e4lte Vereins (RAV), Konstantin Pawlowski, Studis gegen Rechts (SgR), Volker Finke, Freiburger Appell, und als Moderatinnen Anne Herrmann, Studentischer Arbeitskreis kritischer Jurist*innen (AKJ), Mia Unverzagt, Freiburger Appell. Laut Veranstalter sind auch\u00a0Mandatstr\u00e4ger*innen aller demokratischen Parteien aus der Region eingeladen.<\/p>\n
